Have screen liftage in lower right hand corner

This is my second replacement. First one developed a huge bright spot on lcd. 003 is the hardware of both by the way. This one is lifting in the corner by the search button. Light is showing when in a dark room by the bottom row. When running my fingers along the edges of the phone the other corners are in a little bit. The lower right hand is raised. I love this phone but hate the problems.

When did you get this new one? I'm on the list for a replacement but if this is still a ongoing problem I might go with the epic

I am on my second as well. I have the light leakage under the bottom of the navigation buttons. It also appears that the bottom of my screen sits higher than the edge of the phone on the bottom, but on top is lower than the edge. My first was a Google I/O phone 002 and my second was purchased on June 12th and is version 003. I love this phone but I am feeling like I did with the Palm Pre. Why can't these manufacturers quality control their stuff before they release it to the public. I have always been a big fan of HTC, but am losing my patience. I am currently on the waiting list for number 3. I was told 2 to 4 weeks for more stock.

I got this one yesterday. This replacement also came in a white envelope also at the sprint store. I really like the phone. The guy at the store is now starting to make jokes. There a great group of people. They couldn't believe when I called them and told them about this. I am almost embarrassed about all of this. I just want my phone to be right. I droped a lot of money on it and want a good product.

REPLACE IT.

Don't just live with it. Sprint's pretty good about replacements.
If your local sprint doesn't do it for you, CALL.

Call call call. Annoy each time... Tell them even as a cosmetic issue, it bothers you to the point that you might go to the iphone 4 or droid x.
If first call doesn't work, call again.

Replacements come the day after order... very quick.

Experience? I've gotten 4 Pre replacements, sometimes for little things like a little wiggle or headset issues (which there were fixes to).



Edit: It's better to get in-store. So you can see when they open it. Make sure they open it and you see if you want that one.
However, stock is still low I hear... so you could wait it out.

That's surprising. I thought that the screen issues were fixed with the 003 models. I will have to keep an eye on my device. My 30 days will be up on a couple if weeks. I need to make sure that this device is a keeper. So far I am thrilled with it. No issues whatsoever. But I get nervous when I hear about issues like this.

I received my evo on launch date and it seem now that I have some screen lifting. In dark room I see some light coming from the side of the device. I also have leakage from the keys. It's pass the 30 days and I purchased from radio shack, so how would I go about receiving a new replacement device? Should I go to Sprint or the shack?
