Today is day 30 for me after picking up the Atrix at Costco. I can't type on the Atrix. It's just too frustrating. The keyboard is simply too small. I've gotten better at it, but not nearly good enough for business use. It drops calls constantly, which rarely happened with my BB. I can't video chat with clients because their company network policies prevent them from using anything but Skype and I can't use Skype on the Atrix. Lastly, sound issues was the final straw. That said, the Atrix -more- than makes up for what I miss about BB. It's an awesome phone and I'd keep it, but for the size so today, I'm going to swap out my Atrix for the Infuse, I think. I am very concerned about battery life and build. Coming from BB, I'm concerned about selecting the right Android phone. I need a bigger screen to make typing easier. Since I have to do the swap today, do you think the Infuse is the right way to go? How is Samsung's quality? They make outstanding monitors, but phones? I've read some not so good things about issues with Samsung phones in the past. That does scare me a little. I know they've all had issues, but I'm hoping the Infuse won't have deal breaker issues.
Is there a consensus about the Infuse? Better than Atrix? What's bad about the phone? Dual core doesn't mean much to me because my Atrix lags all the time but, will the Infuse lag worse since it's not dual core? I upgrade about every 2 -3 years or so, so will the Infuse last me that long?
What do all you experts think of the Infuse? I don't play games. I use my phone as a business phone. A lot of emailing, Internet and video conferencing.
Should I take the plunge?
