Haven't gotten update

I haven't gotten my 4.3 update yet I am using the Sprint Galaxy S4 I tried Update Samsung Software and Update Firmware no updates and my phone is still 4.2.2

I'm new dont know how to post screen shots

I've seen people already get it they said delete Google framework data then check for updates and continue that process does that really work

It does work for some...but that method can also cause other issues to occur. I can't remember specifically what those issues are, but I know that I've seen posts where people screwed up their phones by deleting that data.

Patience. You can always try to update via Samsung KIES with your PC.
