I just got the Nook Color today. I autonooted it and rooted the factor B&N Rom. I downloaded Clockwork recovery from the Market and installed it on the device.

I followed the instructions. I downloaded Nookie Froyo 0.6.7. I put it on my SD card from the computer. I renamd the file update.zip.zip and I loaded it per the instructions. It loads it on the Nook and says Done. Then when I reboot it, it goes back in to recovery. I took the SD card out and tried it and the same thing happend. Can you please help me out with this? My Nook is stuck in Clockwork.

I had the same problem, as I mentioned in other posts. Here's my response. HTH

"I feel you on this one! I thought I had bricked my Nook last night when the same thing happened to me. I could boot up but always ended up in Clockwork without any way of getting past it. I decided to restore it to stock, following these directions: [HOW-TO] Restore Nook Color to rooted stock

FYI, I misread the title and thought it was going back to virgin stock. Since this method returns the Nook to rooted stock, that may be why I had a problem installing Nook update 1.1.0 and I couldn't use my Froyo and HC SD cards. After repeatedly trying the 8 interrupted boots method, I decided to try using the Hardware Key Combination method to do a factory reset. It worked and I was then able to successfully install the update. I am now running Froyo and HC again!"

Well ill be honest. Im back on rooted stock now and i like it. I tried Froyo on having it boot from the sd card and didn't like the way it operated. Seemend buggy. Tried Honeycomb and i do like it but ill wait till it hits a really good release.

So what hardware buttons sequence did you do? And what were your steps?

Thanks
