having a slight problem

Hey everyone. Question. Recently I've used the marketplace to download the psx emulator. Normally paying and downloading apps is a breeze, but I ran into some trouble though. It is stuck on authorizing purchase. I know I have the correct funds on debit. I've even bought another app after it and that went smooth. I attempted to refund same result when buying again. So now I'm stuck on final purchase too. Is this an Evo. Issue? Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

I had this same thing happen when ordered an app and paid with an expired credit card. Once I fixed that and reordered it got stuck at the same spot. I emailed the company but before they could get back to me the next morning the app was downloaded and installed.
