Having an issue with talk to text on my Galaxy Note 5

On my messenger (Hangouts) FB etc, when im talking to text I have been getting double to triple Text of the same thing i have said, At first i thought it was just messenger? But FB and MS word and some of the other apps i used are doing the same thing, I have been reading some of the other forums and it seems to be google, so I took the same steps and was hoping the issue will pass, no luck. I have a Galaxy Note 5, can some one please help me out here? it would be much appreciated.

Having the same issue. Spent 45 min on phone with Verizon and could not fix. They sent a new phone and same thing. I notice it does not happen when on WIFI only on cellular.
