having problems with Google play store

I can get it to load on my note 5 and eventually it will load the setting and about menu and it says it needs to be connected. I am on 150/150wifi and have verizon 4G LTE and my ID is fully updated and also it works on my S6 Edge. I cleared the casha already, restated the phone as well as powered it off. Got any advice

If you swipe in from the left, do you see your Google account at the top? If not, is the phone itself logged into your Google account?
