having sd card issue please help

it says sd card unexpectedly removed. please insert sd card..

i have sd card in there already had it forever.

dont know why its not picking it up anymore... if i turn phone off then turn on.. it picks up my sd card for minute, then suddenly it will say sd card unexpecteldy removed please insert...

why is it doing that?
is it the phone or the sd card thats the problem.?

Try this...remove battery.....pull the the red sd card holder and remove the sd card....wipe ur sd card connectors with a micro fiber cloth and replace.
