Having specific callers always vibrate or ring

Hello,

I read a view guides to achieve the following scenario:

I have a view contacts, where I want to achieve: Regardless of how my android 11 phone is configured (Do not disturb, ringtone volume set to 0, etc.) I want ALWAYS to have my phone at least vibrate. Playing the ringtone is fine aswell.

I set those contacts already to be favorites. However, it does not work. I get called by the number, I can see the call on the screen, but my phone is not making any sound.

How can I fix that?
