actually i have been charging my phone from about 5-6 hours but the battery isnt increasing at all rather sometimes the battery decrease
please solve my problem

Something is broken. It's either the battery, the charger, or the phone.

First try using another charger. If that works, replace your charger.

If a different charger doesn't solve it, try a different battery. You can borrow one from a friend or go to the carrier store and use one of theirs.

If neither a different charger or a different battery solves the problem, then the problem is probably with your phone.

so how can i get the warranty from india?

You'll have to contact the company that issued the warranty. I think the worst case scenario is that you would have to pay for shipping of the bad phone to India and then for the new phone from India. But if it's under warranty, they should replace it. You'll have to ask them about an extension, though.
