Having trouble backing up Pimlical

I'm almost afraid to ask after reading the "suggested" threads and watching the questioners get flamed, but I thought I had Pimlical backed up thru gmail when sprint did a hard reset, but it wasn't.
I reinstalled the calender app, but cant get Pimlical to sync thru HTC sync and am not sure how to tell if it is syncing with gmail. I exported it thru the calender menu, but how do I look for it in gmail?
I'm smart, but not about phones so forgive me if this is common knowledge.
Pimlical is a great calender BTW, especially if you come from Palm to Android.

You would do better to go to yahoo groups, seach for Pimlical and sign up and post there. Lots of people very smart with Pimlical to help.

Pimlical : Pimlical

From my read I'm not sure (but think I can guess) what you are aiming for. Just to be clear: When you purchase Pimlical/A and sign on you can access any calendars that are associated with the email addresses on your phone. Do go into Pimlical>menu>Select calendars> and insure there is a green check beside every calendar you want to read. Make sure the old Palm "hotsync" symbol is there or tap the calendar and make sure the Select and Sync boxes are checked. Go back and "refresh" from the menu. Are the events there?

If not go to your Google calendar and check to see that the events you want are there.

If by backup you mean that in Pimlical you used menu>more>Export. . . I'm afraid that this function is not too helpful in backing up your calendars.
