Having trouble changing lock screen settings on Samsung Galaxy S4

I cannot change my lock screen settings message reads disabled by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage. Can anyone suggest how I can fix this?

Your problem may possibly be due to an active administrator account which is preventing you from being able to change your lock screen settings. To fix this, go to settings–>security–>device administrators. From there you should be able to see which administrators are enabled (they'll have checked boxes beside them). Uncheck to disable.

I unchecked both s voice and android device manager. My lock screen is pattern but I cannot change it to swipe or none as those options are not hi-lighted
