Having trouble uploading Itunes playlist to my phone via Kies

Kies seems to have uploaded all my music files just fine to my phone. On the Kies interface, it seems to have transferred my Itunes playlists onto Kies, but these playlists don't seem to show up on the phone. Anyone knows any fixes for this?

i havent used kies, but i have and do use google music. google music works great

I have no issue using another program. So do I just dl that to my pc and go from there?

yes. make sure you use the same gmail login. then download the app on the phone and your good to go. all your itunes will be there. depending on how much music you have, it could take some time to upload
