Having trouble with my profile!!

I have been trying to add a second account with nothing but frustrating results. I successfully add it but the 1st time I tryed to log in with new it said password wasn't good, so I sent for a reset. I went through this process 5 time over several hours and still no email. I tried to log in with my main and now I can't log in either!! Saying my password and name doesn't fit. The only way I got in was using Google sign in. I been on here for the better part of 10 months with no issues but now it's pouring them. Also I tryed adding new Avatar with no luck. I uploaded it and hit change and it takes me back to profile with a black square where my should be. So I added other pics and repeated the process same result and on top that's it won't even let me use my original pic. So I'm stuck a black square.. SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!! I SENT SUPPORT SEVERAL EMAIL AND NO RESPONSE

Yes sir I stIll haven't had any response from support after 3 days and multiple emails. Any help would be greatly appreciated
