A lot of the low end tablets don't support Google Play and for most of them you can't do a damn thing about it. Side load the Amazon App Store, Getjar, and SlideME marketplaces or get a different tablet

If it officially supports Google Play and you don't have it then that is a problem. Consider a factory reset or warranty replacement.
