HD calling not compatible with Caller ID?

Really, Verizon? Really?

I installed lollipop, did factory reset, went to turn on Advanced Calling only to get the message that I would have to remove the Caller ID service in order to have advanced calling. That really bums me out. just saying. Hope that gets fixed in a future update!

I never used that service so I did not have to remove it.

Have you checked to see if there is a replacement to that feature compatible with Advanced calling?

There is no replacement, at least for now.

It is also not compatible with ring back tones. I won't give those up!!
