hdr Mic versions

We know that the mics supplied fir the HTC one were found to violate a Nokia patent (suppliers fault not HTC) and future HTC ones would have a non infringing Mic instead.

Do we know if they have already switched? Is there a way to know which ones have it and which ones do not?

Others have asked, but I don't think anyone has come up with a way to determine which mic you have.
