Depends, what your co-worker wants to do with the phone.

I have a BlackBerry Bold and find the Nexus hard going for emails and texting compared to the BlackBerry - you, have scaleable fonts and that is missing from Android. If, you just want a business phone for communication the BlackBerry wins hands-down.

On, the other hand the Nexus 4 is far superior if you wish to browse the web, play games, etc.

Even a lot of diehard BB fans wouldn't give the same praise to the Z10 as far as a communication tool though. A lot of them prefer their older Blackberries to the Z10 in that regard.

I had the Z10 for about a month, then traded it for a Nexus 10. Now that I have my Nexus 4 I'm not going back.
