head up on getting your two year upgrade

Was on another site and a guy gave this number 1-877-775-4886 to get upgraded early. i got three lines upgraded to the 2 year 150 off. they wasnt due until Oct.. I think you have to at least be one year in to your contract to get it changed. so check it out and good luck

I just called 611. It took about 15 minutes, but they gave me my courtesy one time upgrade a few days ago. I now await the 21st...

I called 2 weeks ago and asked for it, they said it would take 24-72 hours to show, called back a week later cause it didn't show and they said it was a note in the system and I had the full upgrade but only through telesales. Called again today and told them I had pre-ordered it and wanted the full upgrade to reflect on my account for purchase anywhere and they went in while I was on the line and did it so that it shows in my online acct.

Call them tell them that you have been with sprint for 9 years and you used to get yearly upgrades and you want them to see if your eligible for the tier override for the full upgrade. That's all you need to say.

It would mean you get it at the $199 price rather then the retail price
