Sorry if this has been answered, if so i couldn't find it. Is there a way to turn off the headphone icon in the notification bar? Thanks

Unless there are headphones plugged in, it should not be there.
If the icon is there and no headphones are plugged in, that is a stumper.

Oh its only there when I plug them in. On my old S2, you could turn off the icon when earphones were plugged in. Was hoping you could on this phone too.

it start when I tried to use my phone to play Pandora at work.
the icon stays till I got home. no answered found of "why?" and "how?" so just pluggedinmy headset and unplugged, and it gone
