Android Central Question

Hardware talvez?

At some point my headset is only working one way, I have already tested several other headphones and it always works only one side (right), I thought it was a problem in the phone's own handset connector, but it is not. So when I put the phone "wrongly" the two sides work, then I thought it should be a problem in the connector itself, but when I put the "antenna" of the cell phone itself (the one with an input and output P2) the antenna properly embedded in the cell phone, and the phone inserted in the antenna directly the two sides function normally. So what could be the problem? Hardware maybe?

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, I'm a little confused by your terminology. What do you mean by "when I put the phone wrongly the two sides work"? What are you putting where?

What "antenna" are you referring to that has an "input and output P2"?

EDIT: I just realized this is a Google Translation of another post in Portuguese. I'm merging the threads, in case the original Portuguese can be better understood by one of our other members.

"I put the phone 'wrongly' the two sides work" means that the headphone is wired improperly, probably for an iPhone. (The shell and Ring 1 are reversed between Android and iPhone.)
