Heads up! Exchange and Asurion Evo's shipping with 2.3

Just to give people a heads up that need their EVO's exchanged via service centers or replaced via insurance. For the past few days ALL replacement Evo's that I've had come in have been flashed to the new OTA prior to shipping. There may be instances where some service centers may have some 2.2 Evo's on hand (not likely) but for the most part expect to get a 2.3 Evo if you need to have yours replaced.

Don't count on it i just got one Wednesday and still 2.2.

Had mine replaced last week and it has 2.2. That update messed my phone up and it started with getting no text messages then my phone calls would drop after 5 mins.

What was the refurb date? Older refurbs will tend to be 2.2 however newer refurbs tend to be 2.3.

Just got a replacement last week shipped from Asurion it has 2.3 and it sucks cause now I can't root my phone!

I'm being sent a replacement that I have been assured does not have the most recent updates. I will report back what I get... Fingers crossed.
