Heat rate automatic background monitoring not working

I have a TicWatch Pro 3 GPS smartwatch.

'24h heart rate monitoring' in TicPulse Settings is turned on but the Mobvoi phone app shows it stopped working last week (i.e. no data since then).

I can do a manual heart rate check in the TicPulse app, which then appears in the Mobvoi phone app just fine but I want it to continue running automatically on the watch.

24h automatic background monitoring of SpO2 and Stress work fine.

Any ideas?

What about the Google Fit app? This could tell you if the problem lies with the Mobvoi app itself.

Try clearing the app cache/data from the Mobvoi app and Force Stop it. Then open it again, sign back in, and see if the problem persists. If it does, send some feedback to Movboi (or contact their support) and see if they're aware of the issue.

Annoyingly, the Google Fit app isn't showing any SpO2 nor Stress data, whilst the Mobvoi app does.

Open your Google Fit app, tap your profile pic at the upper right, then Fit Data & Privacy. Scroll down to Fit Data Permissions and see if Store Vitals Data is on. If not, try turning that on and see if it hepls.

Does your phone have adaptive battery setting? Maybe your phone is detecting too much battery drain and restricted it. Check in battery settings on phone.

They were indeed turned off (thank you for assisting) but several days since enabling them, Google Fit > Browse > Vitals, > Oxygen saturation still has no data.
