HEELLPP!! Google voice back to old voicemail??

I downloaded google voice, but decided I don't want it.
I uninstalled it but now my voicemail doesn't work.
Keeps saying google mailbox not set up.
HEEELLLPP PLEAASSE!!

Go to:

http://www.google.com/voice/

Sign in with your Google account that is tied to your phone. Go to the settings (Gear icon) at the top right, "Voice Settings." Then select the link "Deactivate Google voicemail on this phone." Follow as instructed.

Ugh this ws so crazy!!
I ended up having to call sprint.
Tried signing in on googlevoice.com and it wouldn't recognize me.
Luckily somehow sprint was able to delete it from my phone for me.
Thank goodness

ETA: OMG just realized that sprint had me go to googlevoice. com but I was supposed to be at http://www.google.com/voice/ ....no wonder I wasn't recognized!
