I recently sold my iPhone 4 as my contract fulfilled on 7/2/12. I only state the date as it's the first time in my cell phone using history I have finished a contract in it's entirety. A rare feat for me no doubt, although considering work provides different models on a regular basis surely helps such a feat.
Long story short I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S3 in white. So far I like the phone a lot. I miss a list of traits from my iPhone 4 as I build a list of new traits I enjoy on my S3. I look forward to the future with my S3 and hope to give Android and the latest ICS soon to be JB it's fair chance.
