Hello and Help Please

I am attempting to get more plugged in to the android community and learn what I can about the OS. Currently on a root Droid Razr Maxx, stock ROM. Having trouble granting SU access to most apps. Only Bootstrap, CPU tuner, and Root Explorer are listed in the app. Busybix Installer
Pro, TB, Sixaxis Control, etc. are automatically denied and only show up in the log. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I apologize in advance if I posted in the wrong area.

Make sure you haven't accidentally made SU to deny any apps requesting root privileges.

If you accidentally deny an app root permission and try it again, SU remembers you deny it and will deny it once again without a prompt this time around.
