I've been reading a wealth of information on this wonderful site for months now, while using an old iPhone 3G I inherited as part of a family plan, from a relative, to preserve the unlimited data plan 
I knew I wanted an Android phone, but I put up with the tiny iPhone for some time while waiting for the "perfect" Android 4G LTE phone. I almost bought the Samsung Galaxy SII Skyrocket months ago, but I held out for a device with an "HD" screen resolution...the Skyrocket HD was supposed to come out on the AT&T network, but it never did, then the wait continued until finally the GS3 was announced...and then the wait continued some more and some more until Independence Day (from the iPhone) came at last when I finally got my pre-ordered GS3 from BestBuy for $149!
So here I am excited to join the Android community and eager to learn and share whatever I learn with others!
