Hello,

I am looking for help resolving a Samsung S22 5.6.10.40 keyboard malfunction.

I was typing in a message in Facebook and selected the caps lock when all of a sudden the caps lock was no longer working correctly and it will not keep the letters locked in caps position, very frustrationg!!! Can someone please help me get this problem resolved???

Are you using Gboard, Samsung Keyboard, or some other keyboard app?

Samsung keyboard

Try clearing app cache for Samsung Keyboard. If that doesn't work, clear app data for Samsung Keyboard.
