Welcome to the forums. Sadly, I don't know if or when the A6 will get 9.0 or Pie. I tried looking on Samsung's site to see if they had a roadmap to device updates, and I couldn't find one.

It's up to Samsung and/or your carrier to decide if or when to roll out an update. Your location and manufacture date has nothing to do with it.

Welcome to the forums. According to a Brazilian site the A6+ is already getting the update and there's a beta test running for the A6.
