A little about me. I am a front end web developer but my dream job is to be a professional fisherman. As of now its just an expensive hobby and fortunately I have a wife that tolerates me spending a lot of money on my fishing gear.

I am LONG overdue for a phone upgrade and I'm embarrassed to even say what phone I'm upgrading from. I currently have a Sony Ericsson c905... :'( It does have a 8 megapixel camera though. Hahaha. I'm looking at the SGS2 or iPhone5 ( iPhone 4s or whatever it'll be called). Currently with At&t but I'm tired of their BS so I may be switching to Sprint as well. If Sprint gets the iPhone5 as rumored, it'll be a difficult decision for me.

Welcome to the forums. You need to do what is best for you. If you are tired of AT&T then switch, but check out the coverage maps first to make sure they are going to be able to service you where you live and work.

As far as the device goes, you are on an android site, so we are going to mainly suggest go with an android phone.
