Hello Purr App won't play sound on my X10

I've followed the tutorial and the troubleshooting tips but I can not get the sound file to play on my X10.
Please help.

Did you try the usual suspects- volume, restarting your app, restarting your computer, etc?

Sound is definitely working on your machine?

Does the button work for other actions?
