Hello there I have bricked my phone HTC Desire hd by flashing costom rom, how can I fix this?

Hello there I have bricked my phone htc desire hd by flashing costom rom

i have rooted and unlocked my bootloader but i forget to wipe data or cache

now my phone can boot into recovery but stuck in booting up at htc logo

here is bootloader details

please please help me i have tried every thing

that old ones of TWRP need s-off my phone is s-on and i cant s-off it right now because my phone is only booting in fastboot and recovery!

I would consider researching how to RUU the device...get it back to a factory state.

RUU is done through ADB, I believe. I am not sure, I have never done one.
