Hello all,
I'm a long time iOS fanboy (waited in line for 1st gen device at launch and have bought each device since), but the time has come for something more useful and open.
With my love for all things linux* and programming, I purchased my first Android device back in the day; an HTC G1. After hating the device, I went running back to iOS with open arms.
Then about 1.5 years ago, I purchased another Android device to give it another shot; a Motorola Atrix (1st gen). Didn't hate the phone or the OS, honestly just missed Instagram (yeah, sad, I know) and was considering iOS for development work. So I went back to iOS again.
Long story short though; I've just purchased a Nexus Galaxy (looked at Galaxy S3, didn't want new contract though) and a Nexus 7. Love Ice Cream Sandwich / Jellybean, have several ideas for applications to build, and just looking forward to something refreshing and open.
So "Hello" to everyone and looking forward to chatting with you!
