Hello all
There are so many variables involved with getting a cell phone to work: the cell phone provider service, the phone itself, a wi-fi connection, and/or (the existence of) cell-towers being just a few of them.
Because we (my wife and I) live in a place where towers do not exist (although cell phone services all insist we can get cell service from them), we seem to encounter problems that even the cell service providers (local stores and corporate stores, hours away from home) don't know how to deal with, or handle momentarily only for the problem to reassert itself when we return home.
I hope that I will be able to post problems that include the model name of the phone and the name of the cell phone provider service because it seems these players find each other the most convenient scapegoat if their problem persists. I look forward to whatever problem solutions you all can propose and thank you in advance for allowing me to post them.
