I'm waiting for my ThunderBolt to be delivered from Amazon Wireless. I upgraded after 2 years on an HTC Eris. 1 year stock and 1 year rooted. I suspect I'm going to get comfortable with the new phone layout, (and speed compared to the Eris), and then look at a stock root type of ROM to flash.
