Help a Brother out!

Okay basically the phone comes out for me on June 27th. I saw two dummie phones at a Bestbuy and I'm not sure which colour to get. I know I'm going to get a lot of responses such as "get whichever you like more" but that doesn't help at all.

I like the blue one, especially since I can put an invisible shield on it and not have to worry about the shield turning blue from my jeans since my device is already blue. But to me it seems like the blue one can look cheap sometimes.

The white one looks good too but if I put a zagg screen shield it will turn blue. But most people have a lot of white devices so my brand new phone won't stand out.

Help me decide which phone colour to choose! I know this sounds really stupid but I can't decide at all.

You're right it does sound stupid. Just kidding. But no one can tell you what color is right for you. They give their opinion but at the end of the day it's your personal preference. Get the color you like best a take care of it accordingly.

Something to consider is how much would the tiny black boarder around the screen bother you? I've read that it stands out less on the blue phones so if your a visual person you may want to look at real devices side by side to see what I mean.

Also consider that the white phone will reflect the sun, and so your visibility outside may be diminished?

Galaxy Note! Phone. Tablet. Planner. Notepad. eReader. The only device I need!

I get my S3 on the 26th. I chose white - looks classier than the blue one with the fake metal and contrasting border imo. I had actually planned to get the blue one because I generally prefer darker devices, but when I saw them together in person it was an easy decision. I couldn't help think that the white one looked like a piece of future-tech while the blue one didn't. Just my 2c...

It wouldn't necessarily turn the phone blue but the dye from my jeans would come off and rub off on the shield. Since the phone is white you can really see the blue. I know it comes off as personal preference but I was wondering why you guys chose the colors you got. The phone is coming out on June 27 so I have a few days to decide.

I chose blue because white phones are ugly to me. I don't care what phone it is, I just cannot picture whipping out a big arse white phone. That's just me.

I dont know about yall but when people say they dont want their screen protector to turn blue I find it weird. I usually blame the jeans. So dont change your mind on the phone color you want because of blue dye in your jeans. Try to change jeans and not wear jeans that rub off.lol. And I think white is sexier, classier, and less cheap looking. Even though Im getting blue :-\

I'm that way to normally. But with my one x I got white because it looks better than grey. Plus the white resembles an ice cream sandwich more :b.

I find though that the metallic blue looks pretty cool too, and why are you getting blue if you think white is so much classier? Hahaha
Most people have white devices (iPhone, Blackberry ect) and I want to stand out though. Ugh, hardest decision of my life haha #FirstWorldProblems

I chose white because ive always had a darker phone (OG droid and then the thunderbolt) so i wanted something different. And at the time of pre ordering for verizon i wasn't sure if the blue would be more of a purple color or not. But really the color doesn't make a huge difference to me because i throw a seido surface case onto it anyways and thats always black.

I'd pick blue simply because I owned a white phone many moons ago and it had a rubberized coating for grip, which doubled as a dirt magnet. After a couple months it had a dirty hue to it. The glossy finish on this would prevent that but the damage is done and I'm scarred for life lol.

What I do find completely silly and a waste of energy though is the infighting (fighting is too strong, cheap jabs is better) I see around with white owners dissing blue and vice versa. FYI- were all on team android and colors be damned, you own a bad ass phone even if it was pink

Love my PB in it's black TPU case. Basically what you can see of it simply looks black.

People really worry about their phone standing out so it looks cool? I always thought these darn things were to communicate with?

While the thought of white is intriguing, I just can't bring myself to feel settled about having that big white hunk of female polycarbonate since I'm a guy :)

I just foresee too many problems with the white.

White phones for females??? That sounds ignorant. I picked the white phone because im not a fan of the blue and white to me looks sleek & sexy. I also have black cases for it for full disclosure
