Help - accidentally deleted internal memory card

so i kinda deleted my phones internal memory card and now its rebooting to the fastboot screen and im currently d/l the 4.3 RUU, so my question is if i relock the bootl oader will that make the phone back to normal or ill have a paperweight laying around?
