Help Advice. Bill payment and other.

Tried to post to Verizon forum for advice about this but it seems to be down currently. So if anyone here works for Verizon or is willing to give advice I'd appreciate it. No, I would downright be livid.Loved one's device was used by me over weeks and then was lost. Did not notice until high bill was sent to loved one. Pretty certain I used most of the data and would actually like to pay Verizon for my use. I did not tell my loved one about this data use out of guilt but then planned to a couple days later. Then she received devastating medical news. I don't want to add to this great gloom but telling of my discretion. Verizon waived her bill,which is right since she did not use the data. However,I would still like to pay for my part out of principle. Unfortunately,I do not live alone,drive,or have a Verizon account. Also,only have access to cash once a month as loved one is In control of finances. A unique screw up it seems as I cannot find similar stories on the web to compare. Just feel like I've slighted everyone involved and am at a loss at how to proceed. God help me,truly. And God bless whoever reads this for taking the time to put up with me.
 
If Verizon already waived the charges, count your blessings and I wouldn't worry about it. If it's nagging at you on principle, I would suggest donating the money you would've paid to a charity or something so that it can be put to good use helping others.
