I soft bricked my phone used odin to recover to dl09 now I can't ota to ea28to get to 2.2 ed04 baseband and build I'v got ed01 how can I get my phone to ota

You may have to just wait for an OTA.. Or if you have - rooted - installed CWM and flashed a custom kernel/ROM you will not get the OTA.

If you are only trying to get the baseband to ED04 - there is a flashable delta-modem file that will update only the radio to ED04.. Post

thanks JaeKar99 didn't think to look for thatat least i'll be up to date.

one question do they only offer ota's for a certain length of time and stop sending them

You can always download the update.zips from Adryn's get to Ed01 quickly thread and apply those in stock recovery. That will get you to official stock ED01 without trying to get the OTA to work. Then you can update the radio with the method JaeKar referred to.
