This is not my phone. My sister have the phone, Galaxy S3 with Virgin Mobile.
She got a trouble, she can't understand at all about trouble, so I wrote this instead of her.
Plz help me!!:'(

Carrier: Virgin Mobile
Phone: Galaxy S3 (SPH-L710)
Symptoms: She said she updated phone over the air?. After update, phone forced into recovery mode.
Android mascot lay down, open chest with red triangle with alert mark.
Shown some messages. (added picture below)

What she want: Saved her children's photo internal phone memory, because of SD card has broken.
I read several posts, it might not SD-card problem, phone's problem???

What I did: I tried "clear cache", tried to boot "safe mode" with menu button.

what method should I do??
Thank you very much!!

Samsung has the ability to reflash the update (I suspect the update failed). I don't know where your sister is located, but if she can find a Samsung factory office near her, they can probably direct her to a facility that can help her. (In the US, considering that Virgin Mobile has no repair facilities, it would be the Samsung Experience desk at a Best Buy store.)

In LA, go to Best Buy and ask for the Samsung Experience desk. That's the easiest way to get to talk to someone who knows and if they can't do it, they know who can.
