Help ASAP Nexus S Fastboot screen says (FASTBOOT MODE - NO BOOT OR RECOVERY IMG)

Last night I some how found a way to erase everything off my Nexus S, I can't seem to go anywhere except for my FASTBOOT screen. In red on top it says "FASTBOOT MODE - NO BOOT OR RECOVERY IMG" when i click on reboot bootloader it goes away, but it acts like its going to reboot when I click on Reboot, or Recover, but it just goes right back to the fastboot mode screen. Can someone please help me, I some how made a horrible mistake and haven't been able to use my phone since midnight and I'm dying with out it.
 
Hi and welcome. It sounds like you somehow managed to erase both your ROM and recovery, which means that the phone doesn't have anything to boot into. You might have to do a factory reset, unless someone more knowledgeable then me can come up with a better solution.
