help asap please

turned on evo and is stuck on htc evo 4g screen need to go to revory to flash a rom back or sometihing to get out of this screen any help please i need it right away it just stuck and wont let me do anything

Did you do the update? Mine was stuck on the 4G screen for about 5 minutes after I updated, then loaded up nicely

i updated--and was stuck on 4G screen for about 5 minutes, too--then stuck on the HTC screen with "loading" for another 2 minutes.

if you didn't update--
turn off the phone (hold down power if it doesn't respond initially)
and perform the steps into Recovery mode--from there you can flash a ROM just like you did when you rooted the phone.

Thank u it worked..i did try flaahing the new kernal and it was stuck thete for avout 15 min so idk what hppened
