Help! Bluetooth Cycling On/Off Constantly

Had this phone for 18 months now, used to work fine but recently (few months ago) the bluetooth started cycling on/off constantly.

Tried booting into safe mode and it still does it!

Cleared the cache etc no difference.

Not sure what to try next, is there a way of updating the bluetooth driver? Seriously frustrating this is!

Welcome to the forum. Searching this problem, seems to be normally related to an app that goes nuts, but booting into safe mode and not seeing a difference says to me that you have a hardware problem. Did anything physically happen to the phone back when this happened? Otherwise, the only suggestion I'd have, based on safe mode not working, is a factory reset. Updating the driver is not possible on cells that I am aware of. Good fix for a PC though

Can't think of any time i might have damaged the phone tbh but who knows. Certainly nothing major but probably minor drops or the odd spot of rain.
This is actually my 2nd G3, the first had a screen issue which caused vertical stripes to appear shortly after turning on!

Factory reset is probably worse than living with a phone without Bluetooth
Might have to just bite the bullet at some point i guess.
