[Help] Bugged Notification

Have friend who just picked up this sexy phone and yesterday tried to upload a video to facebook and it got stuck at 80 percent complete. Tried battery pull and nothing will remove the notification stating it is still at 80% upload.

Any suggestions that would save me from doing a factory reset to her phone would be so appriecated.

try>menu>settings>applications>manage applications>select all > scroll down to my uploads>select and clear data,return to home screen if notification is still there pull down and select clear.
