help D; lg optimus s stuck on adroid screen.

I just recently rooted my optimus s, and removed the power on/off music file and some of the stock apps that came with the phone that were just taking up space (not to mention i also just went through the stock files just out of sheer curiousity). then i turned my phone off since some of the apps that i downloaded through the market have been forceclosing. i turned my phone off since i thought that would fix the problem. but i think i just made worse since the "android" wording only blinks and doesnt seem to go any where.
