Help deciding on a new phone, $250 max, Cricket/AT&T network USA

Hi! So I am currently rocking the Asus Zenfone 2 (2gb Z3560 model, $199) -which I love- and I noticed that Asus recently released a 4gb $229 model in the US so I was thinking of giving my current phone to my gf to replace her BLU 8 XL since she likes mine better and picking up the upgraded middle-model. HOWEVER, lol, I have been doing more research and have come across many competitors, even some fantastically priced Chinese brands such as Meizu, Xiaomi, UMI, and Lenovo etc. So, I need some input from you awesome people to help me figure out what I should do with my money I would like an upgrade in specs but if I could get a comparable phone to save a decent amount of $$ then I'd be willing to go for that too. My preferred requirements are below:

-Max $250, closer to $200 preferred
-5.5in screen preferred
-1080p resolution preferred
-Min 2GB ram, 3 or 4 preferred, most per $$
-Min 13mp Camera
-Min 3000mah battery
-Comparable CPU, quad or ++, 64bit preferred
-Has to work on my Cricket/AT&T network, 4G LTE preferred, but I can live with HSPA
-Would like a warranty valid in US
-Best bang for the buck!
-Android 5.1+ preferred
-Micro SD card slot
-Amazon purchase preferred
