HELP: Diagnose the defect. What should I do?

Hello everyone. I have with me a 2 months old Nexus 7.

I left my device turned off inside my drawer for two weeks.

After then, I turn it on and saw the horrifying defect situation of my tab.
The display is HALF.

Note:
1. My device Never been dropped or never been spilled with any liquid substances.
2. Digitizer or the touch screen capability is fully functional
3. Warranty is not an option.
4. What i had done so far is that I disassembled/teardown the entire tablet illustrated in "nexus 7 teardown" in IFIXIT.com- trying my luck to see if their is something wrong on the LCD
connections to the motherboard. The Result: NO LUCK.:'(
5. (not stable)The defect is ON and OFF. meaning their are times that it goes back to normal for a week then the defect still takes over. Which is very annoying.

So I'm asking for help to anyone out their, who may have knowledge about the defect. I don't know if it is a Dead Pixel/s. LCD replacement cost too much.:-$

If the problem is intermittent, it is not an issue with dead pixels. When they are dead, they are dead forever.

However, this is most certainly a hardware issue with the LCD screen and you aren't going to be able to fix this without a replacement.
