Help downloading SWM

I'm having a very hard time downloading SWM.....I want to download the Angry Birds Rio. I am an ATT user and was unaware that there was a block on outside apps until today.

You need to enable Unknown Sources for your phone. Go to your options page, click "Applications", and at the top, there should be a toggle box that reads "Unknown Sources". Turn it on, and this lets your phone install non-Market applications.
