help! Evo no touch after cm9 team dirt! help!

After root and playing around with some roms trying to get full hdmi to run no luck.
thought i would try team dirt's cm9. but with the touch screen inop i cant use the phone as a disk drive to install a work able rom any help will do. thank you for just reading even if you cant help. but if you can im always here just tell me what to do or if theres more info needed

Boot into recovery. Enable USB MODE and copy over the ROM of your choosing. Disable USB MODE and wipe everything and flash your ROM.

And if you still want that ROM...I'm stuck.
