help for a newbie :-)

Hi everyone, I'm new to this website, but have had a droid for many years. I have had my Razr Maxx for almost a year and have a few questions.

1. Recently my phone hasn't been sending any notifications -- email, facebook, VM, etc. I did a partial cache clearing based on some things I read here and I'm hoping that does the trick. I want to avoid a system restore, but will do it if I have to. Any other ideas?
2. How do I add my outlook mail for my job. I have tried several times w/no luck. Does anyone have any advice for me?
3. I haven't been able to access Google Play. When I try it says authentication is required and that i need to sign into my google acct, but I should be signed in already.

What version of OS are you running?

#1. Did you check your notification settings? Stupid question I'm sure but I had to ask. It's odd they all failed.
#2. Are you running Exchange? If so, your IT guy can tell you what the server address is on the web. Then add an email account using the type of email system it is. Exchange is usually pretty easy to add to this phone.
#3. Does it give you an option to log into Google Play? Maybe you had a password change a while ago?

1.Notifications is app dependent, meaning check the app for notification settings. Try and set an audio and visual. You might find one works while the other does not. Report findings back here.

2.Add corporate account under accounts. You need to know the email server name, email address and login/password

3.Remove Google account under accounts, reboot phone, re add Google account under accounts.
